Note: 1. Check out time 10.00 hrs 2. Hostel facility can be availed by Government Institutions and Corporates without availing training facilities. 3. Catering facility can be availed in the Hostel at the following rates: - Menu A (Veg All Day Catering) Rs.170/- per day per person plus GST - Menu B (Non-Veg All Day Catering) Rs.265/- per day per person plus GST - Menu C(Veg Day Catering only) Rs 70/-per day per person plus GST - Menu S1(Spl Veg Day Catering only) Rs.90/- per day per person plus GST - Menu S2 (Spl Non Veg Day Catering only) Rs.95/- per day per person plus GST - Menu S3 (Spl Non Veg All Day Catering) Rs.265/- per day per person plus GST 4. Cancellation Charges for Infrastructure and Hostel Leasing: Cancellation charge is flat 10% of the difference of the initial booking amount as per PI and the consumed / utilized amount at the end of the program, as per Final Invoice. This is applicable only to this category, i.e. Leasing Hostel facilities to Government Institutions without availing training facilities. However Cancellation charges shall not be applied, if Cancellation of Booking is informed in writing by the Client, 10 days in advance from the date of occupancy. Cancellation charges will not be levied if the amount of final invoice is 90% or more of the Proforma Invoice.

1	Auditorium/Club House	1.100% Advance payment at the time of booking. 2. Security deposit is refundable at the time of account settlement. 3. Damage, if any to the property, shall be recoverable from the client. The decision of CETTM MTNL is final and binding on the client. 4. Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the premises. 5. All payments are accepted by DD/Cheque only. 6. Preparation of food in the premises is prohibited. 7. Auditorium/Club House is available without chairs only. 8. Erection of Pandals / Tents etc. is not permitted. 9. Cancellation charges: a) 10% of booking amount, if cancellation is done before 3 days of date of event excluding date of event. b) 20% of booking amount if cancellation is done within 3 days of the date of event. c) No cancellation charges will be levied, if cancellation is done before 10 days of the date of event. d) If the event is postponed, then charges of 5% will be levied if postponement is done within 3 days of event.
