Question1: HOW MUCH TIME IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING ANY FACILITY?

Answer : Minimum One week in advance, if available. Confirmation with 50 percent advance payment.

Question1: WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR BOOKING?

Answer : On receiving request for infrastructure/Training by email/fax, this office will check the availability and tentatively

block the infrastructure. The same will be confirmed with 50 percent advance of the estimated billing for the

said programme.

Question1: WHAT ARE THE CHARGES FOR LEASING INFRASTRUCTURE?

Answer : 50 percent advance payment. Balance including additional usage charges, if any, with in 7 days from the date of

final bill

Question1: WHAT ARE THE NORMAL WORKING HOURS FOR CETTM?

Answer : Working Hours: 0930 Hrs to 1730 Hrs (Please note that the centralized AC is available during working hours

only. AC before and after working hours is not available as the building has centralized AC. Some computer

labs and circular hall have split AC .

FAQS FOR HOSTEL ACCOMODATION

Question1: IS CATERING FACILITY AVAILABLE FOR THE TRAINEES? WHAT ARE THE CHARGES AND WHAT

DOES IT INCLUDE ?

Answer : Yes, catering facility is available. The charges are Rs. 100/- per person per day. It includes 2 times tea/coffee

& biscuits, 1 Lunch and 2 Bisleri bottles (1/2 Lit). Anything in addition to the normal package will be

charged additionally.

Question1: CAN WE GET RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES DURING THE TRAINING PROGRAMME?

Answer : Yes. CETTM hostel facility can be availed by the trainees.

Question1: WHAT ARE THE CHARGES FOR THE SINGLE AND DOUBLE OCCUPANCY ROOMS?

Question1: CAN WE GET RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES ONLY?

Answer : No. CETTM being a training institution, the residential facility is extended to the trainees only.
