Mr. Anatoliy Dobrovolskiy Manager Of Corporation Network at Kazakh Pedagogical University name of Abai.	During my stay in India ,I received a lot of unforgettable memories,very original and Beautiful architecture,symbolizing the ancient monuments .Very Beautiful nature of tropical plants,.The mountain chain with peaks rising almost to the sky. Religious shrines,carved directly into the rock by ancient masters. I received a great deal of knowledge on the course. This routing and setting up an active network equipment operating in the corporate and external networks. And also learned lot of information about Internet Telephony and Mobile Communications.
Mr. Andrei Konanau	I am very glad to visit India to pass a course of study in CETTM. It is fine to learn the best culture and history of India , to admire the nature of this great country and to communicate to people who can be an example of goodwill and hospitality. Belorussians also very much concern with India .and having friendly relations for long time. I wish to thank management of CETTM for the work done on preparation of course of study. MR. ANEERAV SUKHOO	MTNL & CETTM are making great effort to expand and provide quality services in Telecom sector. It is also dedicated to help other developing countries in achieving their goals in the sector. The training was of a great standard. The Trainers are very knowledgeable about the subject and their friendliness to the trainees made all participants feel at ease in the class.
MR. BARANYA TOE CHAPLIN JIBI	The clock 1 setting for India to synchronize with the world outside is done here at CETTM by MTNL. My impression is that with the training programs MTNL is one of the key performance indicators to bring a turning point for India in its foreign relationship with the third world countries. MTNL has waged an excellent program of developing the people to develop their countries. This is a foundation stone for India to universal development. Programs are well selected and the materials are quite satisfactory. The training duration can be increased to give enough time for the practical work. Accommodation is well managed. It deserves a credit for having created a good enviournment for knowledge discoveries to all the participants.
MR. BOGOPA ONTLAMMATHAPE	I am very much impressed with the set up of classrooms and Labs etc with A/C and audio ? visual facilities. The Conference Room is so lovely with modern world class setup. All the lecturers are well prepared in all topics so that they are not hesitant to clarify our doubts. Though the duration was short, we have learned a lot from the training and I believe that each participant will use the skills acquired from CETTM in their future endeavor.

I met many Indian people, they are friendly. I stayed only in Mumbai. CETTM is a great place in both training centre and business in Telecommunication. There are many projects continually providing to participants from different countries some of them are developing countries. CETTM people are helpful and friendly with every people. I think they have much experience in Telecom field. So CETTM is good place for Telecom education. I want to get some more training in order to get knowledge to improve myself and my country. JULIO CESAR MANCO VASQUEF	One of the best training centers I have ever known where people from different countries are all joined to attend training courses which offer to share not only knowledge but also experiences. It provides the needed environment for gaining maximum benefit of the course.

Mr. Melvin Jerry Ramon Heirath working in Telecommunication Company of government of SURINAME .	As we know India is one of the major countries in the Telecom and IT sector. CETTM and MTNL are making great efforts in the development of this sector. My experiences with CETTM is that the Programs,Trainers and materials are quite satisfactory,But Practical Lab Sessions can be increased to get enough practical skills. Mr. Mohammed Jamal Ahmed Al-Saman Computer Engineer in ministry of Communication	My experiences in India is very Good and very interesting especially in Information Technology. I joined the ITEC programme in CETTM institute at DATA COMMUNICATION & IP TECHNOLOGY . It is very good course and CETTM organized it very good even subjects in this course are good and CETTM have Qualified teachers in every major and they have very good knowledge related to course. India has the key position in the trade and south-east Asian countries and Western countries exchanged trade of all types via India. India is a country where various spices, tea are grown since decades and wars between interested countries occurred. Mumbai is the capital of Maharashtra, Mumbai is home for all Indians with different creeds and cultures. It is a fascinating city, throbbing with life, and for many people, it is the gateway to India. . It is the right destination if you would like to study. CETTM is very good training center, organized well by high qualified people. I would like to visit India again. I would like to get more courses at CETTM center and I hope it will be continues communication between CETTM and Libyan government. Finally I would like to thank all MTNL & CEETM stuff. The company is utilising the existing resources to provide more services. CETTM services are also of high quality; hostel accommodation is very excellent and the food is good. The staff working here are all very friendly The training in CETTM was very excellent both in content and in relevance. The lecturers are good in presentation of the content. MRS. DRIWARU JUDITH YAGU	CETTM has a friendly atmosphere; has patient, dedicated, knowledgeable and lecturers. They emphasis on faith in Technology; for example during lessons instead of asking ? do you have questions?? they will ask ?do you have doubts??. The opposite of doubt is faith. Therefore if doubts are removed from minds, then faith is build in the minds and this is the greater power needed for development. Good and organised facilities like accommodation, food and many others Training has been conducted in the simplest understandable language and each topic is well explained using the modern technology. The training has offered me knowledge beyond my expectation. That is, at the end of the course I had less questions/ doubts.
